Gamma & My was formed in early 2003 as owner-operated company whose core competence was to be concierge services in the luxury and premium living segments. 

The company's partner, Maike von Thermann, has aligned the company with the shift in the real estate market and toward the trend to higher service quality. With its concierge service, the company serves a market that is relatively recent to Germany. Many people have come to know and appreciate the classic concierge service on business trips or on vacation. The patent need for such a service and the changing market were perceived as an opportunity, and exploited in various ways. The partner acquired her knowhow, experiences and insights into the product of high-quality services for a cosmopolitan clientele through her activity in the international five-star hospitality sector, as well as in the event and promotion sector.
